马静远，法学博士，中央财经大学法学院副教授、硕士生导师，主要研究领域为竞争法的经济学分析、数据竞争与反垄断、比较法。

荷兰伊拉斯姆斯大学法学博士（2014），德国汉堡大学法经济学硕士（2010），北京外国语大学经济学学士（2009），美国佛罗里达大学法学院访问教授（2015）。

主讲课程：比较竞争法（英文/双语）、经济法基础理论、市场管理法、英美法导读
