    Guo Weizhen, an associate professor in the Law School of Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE). Her writing and research focuses on fiscal law, and international tax Law. She directs both Tax Law and International Tax Law teaching and research programs.  

    Prior to joining CUFE, she was a Research Lecturer in Hong Kong Shueyan University.

    She is also a Research Fellow at Peking University Fiscal Law Research Center from 2006. During 2009-2010, she was the director of the China National Sodality for the Tax Law Postgraduates.

    LI Zhaohui  is an associate professor of law at Law School of Central University of Finance & Economics(CUFE Law School). His research and teaching focus on criminal law and criminology. He led a research project of Criminal Law Enforcement for Modern Traffic Safety sponsored by National Social Science Foundation of China ,and a research project of Traffic accident crimes sponsored by the Ministry of Justice of China.  

    LI Zhaohui received a Ph.D. in law from WuHan University Law School in 2002. From March to August in 2008, LI Zhaohui worked on Crime Science as an Affiliate Academic (Academic Visitor) within the Jill Dando Institute for Crime Science at University College London(UCL)  , where he was hosted by Professor Gloria Laycock.

    Liu Quan, Han nationality, Associate professor of Law School of Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE), postgraduate supervisor. The first batch of young “Longma Scholars” from the CUFE. Executive Director of the Research Center for Digital Economy and Rule of Law, and Director of the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Law. Editor of the Law and Economy. Visiting Scholar at the University of Hamburg, Germany (2012-2013). Doctor of Judicial Science from Peking University. In 2006 and 2009, he respectively obtained bachelor and master degree in law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (ZUEL). In 2014, he obtained a doctorate degree in Constitutional and Administrative law from Peking University. He has taught at the Law School of CUFE since July 2014. His main research areas and interests lie in Administrative Law, Administrative Litigation Law, Cyber Law, Constitutional Law, etc. He has taught systematically undergraduates and postgraduates a number of courses such as Administrative Law, Administrative Remedy Law, Administrative Law Topics, Comparative Administrative Law, and Administrative Litigation Law Topics. In 2017, he was selected as one of the first batch of “100 law talents” training projects in Beijing.

    He has published over 30 papers in journals such as China Legal Science and more than 20 articles in People's Daily, Guangming Daily and other media. He was in charge of or a part of editing of 10 more books, such as Introduction to Regulation of E-Commerce, Administrative Law and Administrative Litigation Law. He has presided over a number of projects at provincial and ministerial level such as the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the China Law Society, and the Beijing Social Science Foundation for Youth Project. The main part-time academic job is the director of China Cyber and Information Law Society, the Act of Administrative Enforcement Society of China Behavior Law Association, the China Consumers Protection Law Society, the Soft Law Society of China Behavior Law Association, Beijing Administrative Law Society, Beijing Cyber Law Society, and the Real Estate Law Association of Beijing Law Society. He is also a member of the rule of law education expert library of national youth law popularization network of the Ministry of Education and is one of Litigation Service Consulting experts of the Supreme People's Court of the People’s Republic of China.

    Yu Wenhao is associate professor at Central University of Finance and Economics Law School. His research, writing, and teaching focus on constitutional law, administrative law, local government and law, and legislation and regulation. He also severed as assistant to the Dean, and deputy director of Constitution and Administrative Law Office at CUFE Law School.

    In 2016, Yu Wenhao was appointed deputy secretary general of Chinese Association of Constitutional Law. He also served as a member of  Chinese Association of Legislation (2016-present), Chinese Association of Jurisprudence (2018-present), Beijing Association of Property Law (2015-present), and Beijing Association of Educational Law (2016-present). He is a researcher of Center for National Responsibility Studies, founded by the Supreme People's Court of PRC & Renmin University of China (2017-present),  and Center for the Rule of Law and Social Governance, founded by Renmin University of China (2016-present).

    Yu Wenhao is deputy director of the Editorial of Chinese Constitutional Law Yearbook form 2013 and editor from 2010. He also severed as creation editor of Law and Economy form 2014 when it’s founded by CUFE.

    Yu Wenhao was a visiting scholar at Columbia Law School in 2017-2018. In 2011, He was a visiting scholar at Soochow University Law School in Taipei. He also visited Chicago Law School as law and economics scholar in the summer of 2018.  

    Yu Wenhao received his Ph.D. from Renmin University of China, where he was awarded as Young Scholar Award for Ph.D. Candidate by the Ministry of Education in 2011. He also awarded as the Excellent Ph.D. Dissertation Award (2014), and the Sixth Academic Young Scholar Award (2012) by RUC.  He received his LL.M. and LL.B. from Shandong University.
