Bibliography on public procurement law: an introductory list
为了给公共采购法教学和研究提供基础性资料，Asialink项目特编排了此文献目录清单。该文献目录主要收集了从公共采购法的角度来研究公共采购问题的中文学术文献。并且将这些文献按照公共采购的以下领域进行编排：公共采购规制的理由、中国公共采购规制的演变、政府采购的政策功能研究、公共采购规制的主体和范围、公共采购的方式和程序、采购职能组织、公共采购的监管体制、公共采购的救济制度、公用事业基础设施特许经营法、国防采购、公共采购的国际和国外研究、关于GPA的研究及其他领域。该文献目录清单并不力求全面地涵盖所有研究成果而仅仅只是一个介绍性的清单。如有疏忽之处欢迎指正！

The following is a short introductory bibliography listing key reading in the Chinese language on public procurement law, which has been produced by the Asia Inter University Network for Teaching and Research in Public Procurement Regulation. We collect the materials from the following areas: the reasons for regulating public procurement, the evolvement of public procurement regulation in China, study on the horizontal function of public procurement, the entities and coverage of public procurement, the methods and procedures of public procurement, the organizational of public procurement function, the regulation system of public procurement, the remedies system of public procurements, public utilities concessions, defense procurement, the international research on public procurement, the study on GPA and other areas. The bibliography is not intended to be comprehensive, but merely introductory.
