吴晓丹，法学博士，中央财经大学副教授。兼任中国国际法学会理事，中国空间法学会的理事，中国宇航学会航天政策与法律专委会委员，北京国际法学会监事，联合国空间科技教育亚太区域中心（北京航空航天大学）授课教师、多本英文学术期刊的审稿人等职务。
2011年5月，毕业于意大利米兰大学，获国际法学博士学位；2004年7月，毕业于中国政法大学国际法学院，获法学硕士学位；2001年7月，毕业于武汉大学法学院，获法学学士学位。
主要研究方向为国际法基本理论、外空法律与政策、网络与人工智能等领域的国际治理。主持国家社会科学基金项目1项，教育部人文社会科学项目1项。发表学术论文数十篇，出版学术专编著若干本部。近5年主讲的主要课程包括：本科生必修课《国际法》、《国际法模拟法庭比赛》，研究生课程《国际公法》以及两门留学生课程（Introduction to China’legal system; Public International Law）。
深度参与中国航天政策、法律法规以及规范性文件的起草和论证，就航天重大决策和课题、国际合作与国际谈判向国家有关部门和机构提供咨询意见。多次作为中国代表团成员参与联合国外空委有关谈判，多次代表中国参与外空合作、国际规则谈判与对话。
