    Professor Deng received his Ph.D. in law from Peking University (2004), Master in history from Wuhan University (2001), and Bachelor in history from Nanchang University (1998).

    He worked as a lecturer from 2004 to 2006, then as an associate professor from 2006 - 2011, and then as a professor from 2012 to Sept. 2018 in the Law School of the Minzu University of China. He has worked as a professor in the Law School of Central University of Finance and Economics since Sept. 2018.  

    Professor Deng visited the Law School of Columbia University as Edwards Fellow from Jan. to May in 2007. He was invited to give lectures or attend academic conferences in the Law School of Columbia University in 2010, East Asian Library of Stanford University in 2012, and Law School of Duke University in 2016.  

    His research expertise is the Chinese legal history (especially the litigation system of Qing Dynasty) and Innovation, supervision and risk prevention of financial technology. He has not only achieved domestic leading achievements in the field of financial technology research but also participated in the legislative seminars and consultations of the national financial regulatory authorities many times. In the past five years, he has investigated hundreds of financial technology-related enterprises. He has offered courses on Chinese legal history, Chinese traditional legal culture, and legal risks of financial technology for students, and has been engaged in postgraduate guidance for the above two majors. He is currently a member of China Institute of Legal History and China Banking Law Society.

    Professor of Central University of Finance and Economics, director of the institute of financial law, dean of China Internet finance innovation research institute, director of International Finance Forum Internet Finance Center. Professor Huang Zhen is also the expert member of the National Committee on the Internet financial security technology, vice-president of Beijing Internet Finance Law Society and vice-president of Beijing Blockchain Technology Application Association.

    Professor Huang Zhen graduated from Peking University Law School in 2000 with a PhD. Later, he worked as a post-doctoral researcher in Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Institute of Finance Tehua Workstation .In 2013-2014 Professor Huang Zhen worked as a visiting scholar at Rutgers University. He served as vice-president of The Institute of Defense Economics and Management of CUFE and director of the Financial Law Research Center of CUFE. Professor Huang Zhen mainly engaged in the research areas of financial law, Internet banking, legal culture, charity system, etc.

    Professor Huang Zhen has undertaken important topics such as the self-discipline of the People’s Bank of China’s payment industry and the survey of the financial information service industry of the Central Network Office. Professor Huang Zhen published more than 100 papers in newspapers and magazines such as People's Daily and China Finance.

    Professor Huang Zhen repeatedly acquired “China Internet Finance Leadership Award” and “New Financial Research Contribution Award”.

    WU Tao

    WU Tao is an professor of law at Law School of Central University of Finance & Economics(CUFE Law School). Prior to joining CUFE, Professor Wu was a judge at a local court of Hebei Province, 1993-1997.

    Professor Wus research focuses on competition law and Internet law. He led a research project of Construction of the Legal System of Civil Remedy for Monopoly Behaviors in China, sponsored by National Social Science Foundation of China and a research project of Judicial Issues of Internet Financial Services, sponsored by the Supreme Peoples Court. He won the An Zijie Research Grants on International Trade for his academic paper Trade Conflicts Related to Competition Policy: Micro Analysis on the Necessity of International Coordination of Competition Law.

    Professor Wu represented Tencent, Inc. as an expert witness before the courts of the first and final trial in the case of Qihu vs. Tencent. Wu has been a legal adviser for Chinese Ministry of Commerce during the China-US negotiations on Patents and Standards in 2015.

    Professor Wu received a Ph.D. in law from Peking University Law School in 2003. From September 2007-April 2008, Professor Wu worked on anti-trust law and economics as a visiting scholar at College of Law of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign(UIUC), where he was hosted by Professor Thomas S. Ulen.  

    Professor Wu is a member of China Economic Law Society, a standing member of China Business Law Society, a member of China Legal Education Society and a member of China Society of WTO Study.

    YIN Fei, Professor of Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE), dean of the School of Law of CUFE, director of Editorial Board of Law and Economy, graduated from China Youth University of Political Studies (recombined as Law School of University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences now) in 1998, received his master and doctor degrees from the Renmin University of China in 2001 and 2004, and has been a postdoctoral fellow of Institute of Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences since 2004 to 2006.

    Professor Yin is serving as vice president of China Association of Business Law, managing director of China Association of Legislative Science, China Association of Civil Law and China Association of Legal Education, routine director and member of Academic Committee of Beijing Society of Law, as well as, vice president and secretary-general of Beijing Society of Real Estate.

    Professor Yin is also appointed as specially-invited expert of The Supreme People's Court of PRC, member of Committee of Experts for Real Estate Registration of the Ministry of Land and Resources of PRC, the first group of elected experts of the “PPP” (Public-Private Partnership) Think Tank of the Ministry of Finance of PRC, and member of Expert Committee of Real Estate Regulation for State Organs of PRC.
